Resolved

The incident has been resolved. Following the loss of availability of the us-east region, our systems automatically started failing over to neighboring regions (us-central, us-south). Now that us-east is back online, voice servers that have been allocated in neighboring regions are automatically migrating back to us-east.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. We are currently failing over to nearby regions.

Investigating

An issue with our voice provider in us-east has led to servers being lost in that region. They are still investigating the root cause. Switching to a different region will solve issues.
