The US-East region appears to have no other ongoing stability issues, so we're marking this as resolved (again).

Next steps:
We are awaiting a reason for outage from our datacenter provider. When we have this information, we will update this with a postmortem containing steps we plan to take to mitigate these kinds of failures better in the future, along with why this minor outage happened.

Investigating

We're aware of disconnection issues in the US-East region and are working to resolve. This appears to be the same failure as before.
