They are currently rolling out a fix. If the problem persists for you try restarting the Discord Client.

Our DNS provider is having issues in London, Sao Paolo, Johannesburg, Doha, Frankfurt, and Berlin and is working on resolving it. Only about 1.5% of our users are currently affected. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
