At this time we're not aware of any users experiencing connectivity issues from our EU regions. The root cause for this issue was narrowed down to a third-party peering issue that effected the majority of users connecting through Cloudflare's VIE & PRG datacenters. Cloudflare resolved this issue within their network by routing around the affected peer.

Connectivity appears to be recovering for the majority of affected users. We're continuing to communicate with our upstream providers to narrow down the root cause, however at this time it appears related to peering issues between Google's data-centers and European regions.
