Looks like packet loss is isolated to Comcast customers. The data center has reached out to Comcast and awaiting resolution.

We are seeing one of our US East data centers having packet loss issues at the current time. We have reached out and waiting for an update. We suggest switching to US Central or US South if this is affecting you.
